MAISON COLE is exclusively a multi-brand store, all garments are made by independent designers, our mission is to connect them to the world. All garments are specially handmade and made-to-order. For this reason all orders take an average of 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Where we deliver

Returns and Refunds
Maison COLE 's multi-brand store features pieces from handpicked international designers. You are entitled to a refund if you have received a faulty item or an item that is not as described, and any other definitions under British Law. Delivery Times & Cost
Maison COLE 's online shop uses the most appropriate service to ensure you will be wearing your Maison COLE fabrics in no time. Orders placed may be confirmed at anytime by Maison COLE and if you wish to cancel your order, this is only possible if we have not yet confirmed your order. If your order has been sent through in our system to be dispatched, Maison COLE cannot refund, or cancel your order.
ORDER PROCESSING and FULFILMENT TIME is 5-7 DAYS
average time of receiving your order is 15-30 days - please bear this in mind before ordering as each item on this website is MADE TO ORDER, made by independent designers themselves.
DELIVERY TIME PERIOD AFTER THE PROCESSING and FULFILMENT time:
"standard shipping after fulfilment" : 14-20/30 DAYS some cases 10-15 DAYS
EVERY ONE WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION via EMAIL ONCE THEIR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT, unless that particular designer at that particular headquarter is not able to provide. If on occasion your order does not have a tracking link, email email@example.com and we will directly contact the postal service for you for updates.
MULTI-BRAND STORE NOTICE - SEPARATE DELIVERIES FOR ONE ORDER
It is common for you to receive items at different times and in separate parcels, if you purchase more than one item in one order, this is not a problem as we have several global headquarters and dependant upon the inventory and stock of each, it will be sent out from perhaps differing locations for one order. Our current headquarters and shipment facilities are located in USA, Europe and China.
We ship to CANADA USA UK IRELAND AUSTRALIA and most countries in EUROPE including RUSSIA. Items from CONYNGHAM BRAND collection are shipped to all countries apart from North Korea, Cuba and Iran.

USA/CANADA: processing time 5-7 days, shipping period post processing time: av. 3 days
EU/UK: processing time 5-7 days, shipping period post processing time: av. 5-10 days

Maison Cole does not take responsibility for any delays due to the postal service, customs clearance or if there are any payment issues.
Please note that your order might face additional charges upon import clearance at the country of destination. The International
Maison COLE 's online shop displays prices free of any duty and taxes.
Depending on which of our three headquarters we ship from, you may or may not have to pay duty and taxes. Which headquarters we ship your order from depends on the stock available.
Maison COLE ships all online orders from the either USA CHINA or EUROPE. When items are shipped from overseas into the delivery country, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When an individual or company purchases goods from an overseas supplier, CBP considers them the ultimate importer. The ultimate importer can clear the goods or have a broker clear them on their behalf.
If you have any concerns over this procedure, we advise you to visit your country's governmental website and seek information on importation, duty and tax charges.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date you received your order and the reason you would like a return/refund.
Step 2: Maison COLE will confirm that you have requested a refund within 14 days of receiving your order

Step 4: Once your returned order items are received, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in it's original condition. If not, we will email to inform you of how best to proceed. If its passed our inspection, you will receive a refund within 5-14 working days. You will receive an email update also.
It is important to us at Maison COLE that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of order receipt - IF Maison COLE APPROVES THE PICTURE/EMAIL EVIDENCE SHOWN OF A MISPRINT OF YOUR GARMENT'S DESIGN/EVIDENCE OF A FAULT/OR SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE THAT YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
Items being returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team.
AFTER the item is received to Maison COLE's return address, provided via email, your refund will be issued for the full sum of your payment.
Maison COLE is not held responsible for reimbursing the cost of your return.
Our Third and Fourth Party Partners in our international headquarters are responsible for the products quality, packaging, assignment, exchange process and shipping/delivery.
Maison COLE takes no responsibility for any shipping, damage, mistreatment, wrong conduct or failure to produce of the Third and Fourth Party partner.(designers who ship their designs to you) (Maison COLE is a multibrand store). Any refund will be issued to the card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.
If you paid by card, please be advised that refunds may take 5-14 working days to appear on your account. PayPal refunds should appear within your account immediately.
